Liverpool star Andy Robertson 'responsible' for incredible Scottish foodbank donation

Liverpool ace Andy Robertson is believed to have been the driving force behind a massive donation which has boosted six foodbanks in Glasgow and surrounding areas of Scotland.

According to The Times, the left-back has been so moved by the plight of people who are suffering from coronavirus and being forced to self-isolate that he decided to make the generous gift.

Glasgow NE Foodbank, a project based near Celtic Park, home of Robertson’s first professional club, has provided more than 53,000 meals for locals.
