With movie theaters around the world still shut down due to the coronavirus outbreak, Pete Davidson and Judd Apatow revealed their new movie The King of Staten Island will debut through video on demand June 12.The film was originally slated to have its world premiere at South by Southwest in March, before hitting theaters June 19 through Universal Pictures, though both releases were canceled due to the COVID-19 outbreak.Both Davidson, 26, and Apatow, 52, who directed, co-wrote (with Davidson and Dave Sirius) and produced the movie, announced the digital release in a video posted to Apatow's Twitter.
