Alongside a series of very daring snaps on Instagram, she announced the news amid snowballing concerns for her health among her 15 million followers.

Clad in racy lace black lingerie, Madonna posed up a storm for the camera. She wrote: "Finally going to get my regenerative treatment for my missing cartilage!! "I would be jumping up and down if I could after 8 months of being in pain!
