Mikel Arteta admits David Luiz may have played last Arsenal game while flop seeks two-year deal

Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta has admitted that David Luiz's horror show in the 3-0 loss to Manchester City could be the Brazilian's last for the club.

Luiz came on in the first-half to replace an injured Pablo Mari and was at fault for two of City's goals.The Brazilian miscontrolled the ball for Raheem Sterling's opener, conceded a penalty which Kevin de Bruyne scored and was sent off.His current deal is due to expire on July 1 and Arsenal are yet to trigger an option which would extend his stay by 12 months.

Luiz admitted after the loss to City that he wanted to stay at the club but, according to the Daily Mail, he is after a two-year extension and the Gunners are unwilling to meet it.
