coronavirus test results in the UK in the last 24 hours has risen by more than 900 people - a six-week high after lockdown measures were eased.
And there have been nine further deaths, according to official government figures.The number of laboratory-confirmed cases in the UK rose on Monday by 938 - the highest figure for six weeks.
This brings the total number who've had a positive test result to 305,623.By comparison, on Monday last week there were 678 new infections in 24 hours.
And yesterday, there were 789 people who tested positive for the virus in the UK.There have now been a total of 46,210 deaths in the UK associated with coronavirus, according to officials.This is an increase of nine people on Sunday's figures.And NHS England said.
