Former footballers and Love Island stars will face off for the final time in the NHS Charities Together Cup final on Sunday evening.

After overcoming their opponents in the semi-finals in the week, two teams remain in the tournament and Team Poseidon, comprised of footballers, will face Love Island's Team Iris.

Fabrice Muamba takes on Shaughna Phillips in the first match at 5:40pm before Shaun Wright-Phillips faces Chris Hughes. The final showdown pits Joleon Lescott against Kem Cetinay in the finale at 6:40pm.
