An NHS worker says she was left in tears after being humiliated by staff in a B&M Store who wrongly accused her of jumping the queue.
Robyn Fairfield-Bretherton, who works as a healthcare assistant for Aintree Hospital alongside her mum, popped into a store to but presents up for her two-year-old son’s birthday.
The 28-year-old had just finished back-to-back 12-hour shifts on the ward when she visited the Switch Island branch. But her sister says she was left humiliated and embarrassed after staff ‘made a scene’ and accused her of jumping the queue when it was kind-hearted shoppers who instead in her being served before them.
