Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has come to a decision on whether Manchester United will continue their pursuit of Jack Grealish after the Aston Villa star broke lockdown rules to attend a party.

The Red Devils have been heavily linked with a move for the 24-year-old midfielder and Solskjaer called on executive vice-chairman Ed Woodward to enquire about Grealish last summer and in the January window.

Villa were loath to lose their captain and rejected both approaches, but Grealish’s future with the Birmingham club remains uncertain regardless of whether they avoid relegation from the Premier League or not.
