Manchester United reportedly favour a summer swoop for Aston Villa star Jack Grealish over a move for out-of-favour Real Madrid playmaker James Rodriguez.
Both players have been linked with the Red Devils but, according to a new report from Sky Sports, United would rather sign Grealish than Rodriguez.
Daily Star Sport understands that United are keen on the midfielder and are prepared to pay up to £70m for his services, despite concerns over his temperament after he breached coronavirus lockdown protocol last month.
Manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is in the midst of a major rebuild at Old Trafford and forked out over £150m in the summer on young and hungry players like Aaron Wan-Bissaka, Harry Maguire and Daniel James.
