Piers Stefan Pughe-Morgan (born 30 March 1965) is an English broadcaster, journalist, writer, and television personality. He is currently a co-presenter of the ITV Breakfast programme Good Morning Britain from Monday to Wednesday each week. Morgan began his career in Fleet Street as a writer and editor for several tabloid papers, including The Sun, News of the World, and the Daily Mirror. In 1994, aged 29, he was appointed editor of the News of the World by Rupert Murdoch, which made him the youngest editor of a British national newspaper in more than half a century.

PETER Andre has hit out at Lauren Goodger over her anti-vaxx rant - calling her "careless" and "wrong". The former Towie star, 34, was quoted as saying she would reject the coronavirus vaccine and likened the disease to having a cold.

The remarks earned Lauren a rebuke from Piers Morgan, who called her an "absolute half-wit" on Good Morning Britain. Writing in New magazine, 47-year-old Peter - who is himself battling coronavirus - also poured scorn on her opinions.

The singer said: "She’s also said she doesn’t wear a mask. "I don’t have anything against anyone who wants to express their views, unless what they say can be detrimental to other people’s health. "Personally, I think it’s a careless thing to say.
