PHILADELPHIA - A police officer is being treated and released after an incident Saturday morning. Police were flagged down by civilians on the 1700 block of Diamond Street for reports of a man passed out in a vehicle.

The officers parked behind the vehicle and both officers walked up to the driver's side door. The male driver, who looked at the officers, put the car in reverse and backed into the police vehicle.
