The Premier League are reportedly considering allowing cameras into changing rooms when the league resumes. There have been no matches since mid-March due to the coronavirus pandemic but the Premier League are believed to be hopeful of a return next month.
That could make it three months without action for broadcasters and it’s reported that the league want to make up for the loss of matches.
The Daily Mail claim that an ‘Enhancing the Broadcast Product’ Club Advisory Group have been set up with the Premier League having an intention to offer additional content.
And it’s claimed one of these ideas is placing cameras in the dressing room, something that is commonplace in American sport.
