Prince Charles has been seen for the first time since announcing he is battling coronavirus. The 71 year old revealed on Wednesday that he had tested positive for the deadly bug currently sweeping the globe.
But he looked in high spirits on Thursday night as he joined the nation to applaud medical workers who are staying at work to fight the pandemic.
Millions stood in their front gardens and on their balconies to clap for the NHS at 8pm on Thursday night, with Charles staying inside his house to pay his respect to the doctors and nurses working tirelessly to help the cause.
Charles and his wife Camilla were seen clapping in separate rooms of their home in a video upload to the Clarence House Instagram page.
