Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are listening in to a virtual High Court hearing in the first stage of legal action against a newspaper, it is understood.
Meghan, who has moved to LA with Harry and their son Archie, has taken the publisher of the Mail on Sunday and MailOnline to court over "private and confidential" letter she penned to her estranged father, Thomas Markle.
The hearing, in front of Mr Justice Warby, has begun with Antony White QC, for Associated Newspapers making submissions on behalf of the publisher.
