Meghan Markle has made a young woman’s dreams come true when she gave her some interview coaching via video link. Prince Harry's wife was acting as a patron of Smart Works – a charity which gives interview tips and professional clothing for unemployed women.

In the clip, a beaming Meghan tells the woman she has her "fingers crossed" and says: “You seem incredibly confident and prepared and I know everyone here is so excited. “When I was reading about what your interests are – you have a big focus on mental health and technology – I think that is excellent.” Meghan, who wore simple gold jewellery and a plum-coloured top, then asked one of the most dreaded interview questions.
