Robbie Williams has opened up about his past drug use, and how it contributed to him becoming ‘morbidly obese’ in the ‘90s. The singer, 46, revealed on his At Home With The Williamses podcast that being high left him making poor choices when it came to his diet, too.
He said: ‘I rented a flat. I went to the supermarket on my first shop. Once. Stoned. Don’t go to a supermarket stoned. You make bad choices.‘I opened the fridge and there was this whole Mr Kipling cake.
And I can remember this moment going, “Hang on, I don’t live with my mum. I can eat all that cake”.‘That was January. By February I was morbidly obese.
