It’s been an incredible season for the Late Late Show (despite a few minor speed bumps). The finale episode of the series hit screens last night with appearances from Robbie Keane and Colin Farrell, a spine-tingling performance by Sinead O’Connor and a pre-recorded interview with President Michael D.

Higgins set in the gorgeous gardens of Aras an Uachtaráin. Irish actress Saoirse Ronan also joined Ryan Tubridy for a virtual chat.

Saoirse spoke to Ryan via video-call about her latest work and the four-time Oscar-nominated actress revealed that she is also a big fan of Normal People, to no-one’s surprise!
