Tonight Boris Johnson is to announce the next phase of his coronavirus response in a televised address, proposals that have already partly been trailed over the weekend.
Crucially they include a move away from the ‘Stay at Home’ message that has dominated the lockdown, switching to a new slogan of ‘Stay Alert’.
When the news emerged, however, the devolved administrations in Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland were quick to make clear they didn't agree.
They would still be telling their populations to stay at home. Northern Ireland’s First Minister Arlene Foster told the BBC this morning that she would not be ‘diverting from the message at this time’, with the rate of transmission there still high.
