Here is a list of top ten stocks that may be in focus on Friday: Yes Bank: The private lender on Thursday said its board has approved raising funds amounting to ₹5,000 crore, in addition to ₹10,000 crore cleared in January, through issuance of securities.

The board of the bank has also been reconstituted. NTPC: The state-owned company on Thursday said it has signed a share-purchase agreement with the central government to acquire North Eastern Electric Power Corporation Ltd (NEEPCO) for ₹4,000 crore and THDC India Ltd (THDCIL) for ₹7,500 crore.
