Coronavirus infection rates are continuing to fall across much of Greater Manchester. Case numbers are down in eight of the 10 boroughs, with only Manchester showing a slight increase.
A total of 8,357 people tested positive for coronavirus across Greater Manchester in the week which ended on August 4, according to the latest data from Public Health England.
That's down by 1,056 cases compared to the previous week, which means the infection rate fell by 11 per cent.
