Similar outcomes have been observed throughout Canada and the world.On March 18, one day after Premier Doug Ford declared a state of emergency in Ontario, Pinecrest Nursing Home in Bobcaygeon, Ont., declared a respiratory outbreak.Tests were done on three individuals.
