Amanda Holden is making sure she stays fit during the temporary nationwide lockdown that has been put in place in bit to flatten the curve of the coronavirus pandemic.
And the Heart FM presenter, 49, is having her eight-year-old daughter Hollie join in on her daily run as they self isolate with the family.
Amanda managed to look her glam self when she jogged with her youngest child and their adorable pooch Rudie. The Britain's Got Talent judge donned a black vest top with a navy hoodie as she styled the look with shades and a black hat.
