Amanda Holden has wholeheartedly thanked the NHS for saving her life. The Heart FM breakfast radio presenter got a little teary-eyed this morning while describing what the doctors and nurses have done for her and her family down through the years.
Opening up about the UK's kind gesture to share a collective round of applause for the front-line workers tomorrow evening at 8pm, Amanda shared her own experiences of being 'saved' by the incredible NHS workers.
Holding back the tears, she explained that they have 'literally' saved her life, and the life of her sister who was involved in a horrific car accident over two years ago. "The NHS have always been important to Great Britain.
