AMANDA Holden has swapped her comfortable pyjamas for a sexy secretary look as she returned to Heart FM today. The presenter headed back into the London HQ in support of the #ClapForOurCarers campaign.

Amanda, 49, looked sensational as she showed off her toned legs in a chequered blazer dress. She completed the fashionable look with a pair of black heels and glasses.

Sharing a picture of the outfit to Instagram, Amanda wrote: "Take a note ... join us @thisisheart at 8pm to applause the #nhs #clapforourcarers." In another snap, the BGT judge is joined by showbiz correspondent Ashley Roberts, who is fanning herself with cue cards.
