Amy Schumer would ‘run out scream-crying’ if someone sneezed during her stand-up set after coronavirus

Amy Schumer has revealed her thoughts on how the comedy industry – in particular stand-up – will change following the coronavirus pandemic.

The comedian and actor, 38, revealed that she misses doing stand-up more than she misses her dad amid the pandemic, but she might have to run off the stage if someone is ill in the audience.

Amy told the Independent that she is still writing jokes for her sets, but she can’t work out her bits due to the social distancing measures still in place.

Giving her thoughts on what live comedy will look like post-lockdown, Amy joked: ‘Are we going to open it up and people are going to wear bandanas over their mouths so you can’t even hear a laugh?
