The Scottish SPCA has appealed for dog owners in Perth and Kinross to keep their pets under control at all times.The warning follows a rise in attacks on wildlife and livestock across the nation.Incidents involving deer and foxes have been reported.Residents near Perth Airport blast people driving to the area to go on daily exercise Although there had been no incidents reported in Perth and Kinross, Scottish SPCA animal rescue officer Amy Stirton was keen to remind people of their responsibilities.
