Ayr United fans have been hailed for delivering another £10,000 boost to the club’s coffers.The AU500 Fund this week handed over their latest donation from supporters.It includes ongoing subscriptions and one-off donations, which have totalled £2500 since a fresh appeal was launched earlier this month.The group has been swelled to almost 150 paying members during the coronavirus crisis.And the total raised since the Fund’s formation is on target to hit £100,000 by this summer.United director, Alan Murray, said: “We owe the Fund a huge thanks as fans are continuing to contribute at a tough time for everyone.“By donating, whether as a one-off or on a regular basis, they are helping the club at a hugely difficult time.”Email [email protected]
