Tenants in Bellsmyre are being asked to vote yes to secure £30million of regeneration plans that are set to transform the area.Caledonia Housing Association is making a bid to overhaul the community with new homes and are asking residents to agree to transfer plans.Formal consultation ended last month and an official transfer ballot is now open.Chiefs say they have taken the coronavirus outbreak into consideration with the vote not requiring tenants to leave their homes.Louise Spence, chairperson of Bellsmyre Housing Association, said: “This is the final and most important part of the public consultation.“Tenants now decide if the partnership between Bellsmyre Housing Association and Caledonia Housing Association goes ahead.“I would urge
