A grand jury will decide if a white father and son face charges over the death of a 25-year-old black man who was shout while out for a Sunday jog.
Ahmaud Arbery died in February after he went for a run in his neighbourhood outside Brunswick, Georgia, when Gregory McMichael and adult son Travis, allegedly pulled up beside him and shot him.
The father, a former law enforcement officer, told he and his son began pursuing Mr Arbery after suspecting him of involvement in a string of recent break-ins.
Prosecutors had been reluctant to bring charges against the pair, prompting an outcry. The case has been taken up by the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) and is now set to go before a grand jury in the US to
