While most of us haven’t been doing much more than baking banana bread in lockdown, Jungkook from BTS has been putting us all to shame by breaking yet another record.
His latest achievement has been to become the longest-charting solo K-Pop artist on the Billboard World Digital Song Sales chart, racking up an enormous 26 weeks.
Jungkook’s solo song Euphoria originally came out in 2018, but re-entered the worldwide iTunes song chart this month, which also meant it broke 26 weeks on the Billboard world chart too.
It also meant that he broke the record previously held by Jennie with Solo and Bubble Pop by Hyuna. The track also sold over four million international copies.
