Dream Street singer Chris Trousdale has died after contracting coronavirus. The former boyband star was 34 years old. A family member told TMZ Chris died on Tuesday night at a hospital in Burbank after contracting the disease from another family member.
He was best known for starring in American pop group Dream Street alongside Jesse McCartney, Greg Raposo, Matt Ballinger and Frankie Galasso.
Chris joined the band in 1999 when he was 14-years-old. Dream Street's eponymous debut album was certified Gold in the US and the boys were catapulted to international attention.
However, the band split in 2002 as parents of the members sued band makers Louis Baldonieri and Brian Lukow over the boys being 'exposed to booze, women, and pornography'.
