Self isolation can be a bore, but Max Bowden has a pretty good idea of how to make the chore a fun-filled affair. The EastEnders star, 25, has been stuck inside with his girlfriend Danielle after the hit soap suspended filming amid growing concerns over the coronavirus pandemic.

The actor - who plays Ben Mitchell in the soap - shared moments from his romantic evening on Instagram, as he and Danielle tucked into a home-cooked meal.
