The coronavirus second wave may hit in the spring of 2021 with winter possibly helping infection numbers with its own mini quarantine, experts have said.
Researchers said a behavioural change with people from different households mixing and possibly not wearing masks when weather improves after winter could be a potential way for the virus to spread.
Professor Ben Neuman, chairman of biological sciences at Texas A and M University-Texarkana, and visiting associate professor at the University of Reading, said the winter could potentially have some benefits, reports Hull Live.
