The total coronavirus cases in Maharashtra rose to 193, with four new cases reported from Mumbai and two from Pune, news agency ANI reported.
One case each was reported from Sangli and Nagpur. Five more corornavirus patients from twin cities of Pimpri-Chinchwad near Pune are set to be discharged from hospital today after they tested negative twice in latest tests.
Three patients, who tested negative for the virus twice after 14-day isolation, were discharged in Pimpri- Chinchwad on Friday.
The Maharashtra government on Saturday decided to include treatment for coronavirus under its health care scheme Mahatma Phule Jan Arogya Yojna from April 1.
