Costa Coffee is opening 29 stores from tomorrow for deliveries and drive-throughs all over the UK, as Brits enter the sixth week of lockdown.
The UK went into a full lockdown on March 23 to tackle the deadly coronavirus pandemic in a bid to limit the spread of the bug.
The move comes after the high-street coffee chain opened two branches last week for delivery, as well as two for drive-through in line with the government advice around social distancing.
Amid the lockdown, Costa has continued to pay store team members full pay since the closure of the stores. Costa CEO Jill McDonald said: "The safety of our team members and customers is our number one priority and ahead of these stores re-opening, we put in place new social distancing
