Residents should not be meeting people outside their households - and certainly not be organising huge parties.Lancashire police said: “During a busy weekend across the county, we have attended a number of reports of COVID regulation breaches at businesses and residential addresses.We issued a £10,000 fixed penalty notice to the organiser of a significant house party in Darwen.“When officers arrived in the early hours of this morning, around 50 people were there, along with DJ equipment."Lancs remains in the midst of a pandemic & we will take action & enforce the regulations where necessary, to protect your health and the health of our communities.”Darwen remains under lockdown.
