Juventus star Cristiano Ronaldo could be set for a 20-30 percent cut to his wages at the club as a result of the coronavirus pandemic.
Italy has been the worst-hit country outside of China by COVID-19, with over 4,000 people dying, and the whole nation is in quarantine.
The Serie A season was suspended earlier this month and it could yet be some time before a ball is kicked again, with clubs expected to hugely suffer financially as a result.
And according to Spanish outlet Mundo Deportivo Ronaldo could miss out on up to £8.4m in future wages, with Juve expected to reduce the wages of all players by at least 20 per cent.
