Paul Kelly here, Deputy Chief Medical Officer, to talk through the issues of COVID-19 in Australia today. So I'm going to make three points before I go to questions.
The first is on the data. What do we know about the case numbers? So as of now we are at 6,875 cases cumulative from the beginning until now, and unfortunately almost 100 deaths.
So 97 people have passed away and that is something that we hold close to our heart. There have been 26 new cases in the last 24 hours so that is a bit more than where we've been in most of
