Dillian Whyte will take on Alexander Povetkin behind closed doors this summer. The heavyweight rivals were due to clash tomorrow night in Manchester before the coronavirus crisis forced boxing to be suspended.
The clash was rescheduled for July 4 at the same venue but is now likely to be further delayed and held without a crowd. Promoter Eddie Hearn told Sky Sports: "I can tell you that Whyte vs Povetkin is one of the fights we are planning to stage in the early part of the return. "It will take place behind closed doors, I don't know how we're going to do it but we'll do it.
