straight to your inbox Ferran Torres says he is happy to be back in Manchester City training after recovering from Covid-19 along with Ederson and Tommy Doyle.
The trio tested positive ahead of City's postponed Premier League trip to Everton over Christmas, causing that game to be called off and others to be put in doubt.
Kyle Walker and Gabriel Jesus had tested positive in the previous round of testing. However, Walker and Jesus both returned to the matchday squad in the Carabao Cup win over Manchester United this week, and now Torres, Ederson and Doyle have all tested negative and rejoined first team training.
Taking to Twitter, Torres said: "Happy to be back after my period of isolation. It was my second positive test for Covid in nine.
