Sir Elton John has pledged $1 million (£815,000) for the fight against HIV/AIDs to make sure sufferers aren’t ‘forgotten’ amid the coronavirus pandemic. The Your Song singer has been working with his AIDs foundation, with the new funds being available in the ‘next few months’.
