The form includes details of what jab the person received and when.But the certificates can now be faked due to a security glitch that allows personal details to be altered by using computer software programmes.BBC Scotland was able to download a certificate and edit it to include a false name and the address of the BBC's Glasgow headquarters.
The Scottish Government say they are currently working to rectify the issue but have been blasted for putting peoples safety at risk by the Tories.
