Gemma Collins is working hard to continue her weight loss during the coronavirus lockdown. The former TOWIE star was spotted taking a bike ride today near her Essex home.

The 39-year-old had slipped on some tie-dye spandex for her daily exercise as she headed out for a cycle. Gemma kept safe by wearing a helmet, strapped under her chin, and hid her eyes from the sun with a pair of shades.

The GC worked up a sweat as she followed government advice. Gemma was joined on her bike ride by a young boy, believed to be her nephew Hayden, who cycled alongside her but at a safe distance.
