Dr Hilary Jones has offered advice to those struggling to sleep during the heatwave in the UK. The TV doctor appeared on Good Morning Britain today as he shared tips for viewers having a tough time nodding off.
Joining Lorraine Kelly, he gave viewers his first piece of advice - to ditch the duvet. "Shed your duvet because it’s too hot, just use the cover of the duvet or a bed sheet – that’s one way of cooling," he said.
