Good Morning Britain 's resident doctor, Dr Hilary Jones, has given a dark warning after images of Liverpool fans celebrating after Thursday's win circulated.
It comes as Liverpool have won the Premier League for the first time in 30 years. The images showed football fans in public spaces with social distancing totally abandoned, and Hilary told Ben Shephard and Charlotte Hawkins that the fans should have spread even further apart than two metres.
