Andrew Cuomo can see the light at the end of the tunnel. The New York governor addressed viewers virtually during night one of the Democratic National Convention on Monday, speaking about what he's learned since shepherding his state through thecoronavirus pandemic.
Cuomo began his speech with a history of New York's battle with the virus, calling the state «ground zero for the COVID crisis» before getting it under control."[We] have gone from one of the highest infection rates in the globe to one of the lowest.
