SOUTHWEST PHILADELPHIA - Terrifying moments at a vigil in Southwest Philadelphia when gunshots rang out nearby.Family and friends gathered on Warrington Avenue to remember 19-year-old Donovan Porter who was shot and killed Tuesday.
