This will give boost to cost-effective, quality medicines and contribute towards reduction in out-of-pocket expenditure on healthcare for citizens NEW DELHI: Union health minister Mansukh Mandaviya on Tuesday released the National List of Essential Medicines 2022, comprising 384 medicines across 27 categories, the ministry of health and family welfare said in a statement.
