With more than one million adults in employment across Greater Manchester, a large amount of our lives are spent working. On average, our region’s employees spend a minimum of 60% of their waking hours at work; whether that be working from home, in an office or out on the job.
That said, to get Greater Manchester moving more throughout the day, we need to start by increasing activity levels in the workplace.
