COMEDIAN Jason Manford is selling off his ten-home property empire — to pay for his costly divorce. He has already sold eight of them, banking more than £3million which will help him settle the bill for his 2017 legal split from first wife Catherine.
Jason, 38, invested in bricks and mortar after hitting the big time, buying up properties in the Greater Manchester area to rent out.
But his formal documents reveal his holding company Invisible Man Ltd is being dissolved and the homes sold. A report filed to Companies House reveals: “The principal activity of the Company was that of a holding Company which held a portfolio of investment properties. “The Company has reached the end of its useful life and it was appropriate to wind the Company.
